"I would like to send off a quick letter to tell you of my overwhelming satisfaction with the experience I have had with your company. Words cannot even explain the gratitude I have with the workmanship that I received with my new roof.
For starters the meeting I had with Josh and his initial presentation was incredible. All of the questions I had were answered and complete documentation covering the extent of work was presented. The estimator was helpful with my concerns relating to the difficulty surrounding the problems with my roof.
The Foreman and the crews were very courteous, friendly helpful with any and all questions and concerns I had. The crew was very well mannered and understood urgency that I needed the noise to a minimum since I worked nights and needed some sleep during the renovations. As for the cleanliness of my property, it was incredible, since I have a dog who roams the property. That was an utmost concern of mine. As witnesses the crew went about my property and insured that all debris was picked up and neatly stored at the end of each day.
I was very surprised that the work was completed sooner than I expected. I even had some additional work completed and the Foreman was understanding and explained the various problems that were discovered due to the previous owner's mistakes. As for the quality of work, I can not say enough. The new roof looks fantastic and I am amazed with the quality and workmansip.
Would I recommend J.E. Fournier, Josh gave me a couple cards and well if you can send me some more that would be appreciated. I have recommended your company to several of my friends who are interested in having some roof work done. Plus I need to tell you how excited I am that I finally have complete gutters on my house.
